Dr. Syed Mohamad Hamzah Al-Junid is a Professional Engineer (Ir.) and Professional Technologist (Ts.) with extensive experience in engineering leadership, project management, technology implementation, and multidisciplinary business development. He possesses a strong engineering foundation complemented by senior executive experience across engineering, infrastructure support services, technology-driven enterprises, and industrial projects.
Throughout his career, he has led and governed complex initiatives involving engineering systems integration, technical procurement, operational optimisation, and project execution within regulated and high-stake environments.
Dr. Syed Mohamad Hamzah has held senior leadership roles including Group Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President, and Board Director, where he was responsible for strategic planning, engineering oversight, stakeholder management, and organisational governance. His leadership approach emphasises engineering rigour, risk management, compliance, and value engineering, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and sustainably.
At AJ Infinite (M) Sdn Bhd, he provides strategic and technical leadership, guiding the company’s expansion in engineering, construction, agriculture-related infrastructure, and trading activities, while upholding high standards of professional practice and corporate governance.
Normah binti Ahmed
Puan Normah binti Ahmed holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical (Electronics) Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) and brings a strong combination of technical expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and governance oversight to AJ Infinite (M) Sdn Bhd. Her engineering background enables her to bridge technical considerations with practical business execution, ensuring that projects and operations are both technically sound and commercially viable.
In addition to her technical capabilities, Puan Normah has hands-on experience as an entrepreneur, contributing to the establishment, management, and growth of business operations. She is actively involved in day-to-day operational oversight, resource coordination, and administrative management, providing practical insight into business sustainability, cost discipline, and operational efficiency.
She plays a critical role in overseeing corporate administration, financial monitoring, compliance, and internal controls, ensuring that the company operates in an organised, transparent, and compliant manner.
